[vz-users] Update des VZloggers 0.4.0 -> 0.4.7

Hallo Andreas,

ja, das hab ich schon gelesen. Nur wie ich die Pakete mit aptitude auf den raspi kriege, hat mich ein wenig beschäftigt.
Aber jetzt läuft’s.
