Usually the new channel will be liste right above the "Kanal
erstellen"-Button. This only happens when you uncheck the
"Cookie"-box. Didn't you?

If not, try to reload the page.

If this does nothing you have to look with phpmyadmin in the database
for the uuid of the new channel. But thats not an easy task to
explain.

You could also give it another try...
