Well, according to Andi it should already be fixed upstream, however I
also encountered the same bug just now during an upgrade - so if it's
fixed the working packages aren't published yet. Sadly the proposed
interim forks seem to be also gone already, so no way to install/upgrade
without manual patching as it seems :/
