Thanks for your advise.
The modules are loaded in a library under home pi en the perl path is extended with that lib path. So easy to get rid off.
the apt-get didn’t gave me the wanted results.
That was the reason for the maybe quick and dirty approach.  
I’am always open to learn from a experienced person. 

The perl script (iskra2.pl)is giving me output but never stops, the time between data is increasing filled up with <0a> LF
I think it Should  stop after giving the telegram with data, am I correct in this?
What could be wrong?
