If you post the output of apt-get and of iskra2.pl, I could tell you
what's wrong.

Yes, that's how the script is intended to work. Just stop it with
ctrl-break after the message "finished cycle".
If you comment out (i.e. insert a # in the first column) the "while (1)
{" in line 76 and the "}" in line 110, it will only run once.
